We were very enthusiastically greeted at the door, we were served fast and the food came out fast. The Chicken Club Pita was well seasoned but a bit dry. They have a bathroom in the basement. It’s small but functional if a little unkempt. It appears to be mostly for employees.

Throwback place. Tiny little diner with a lot of history and character. Good diner-style food with attentive service. Meaty hippie hash was a solid choice, fresh made and was excellent after adding some red hot sauce.

It was good, but a bit pricey for what you get....a relatively small bowl of chili for $7? But other than that the atmosphere was pretty chill and was covered in stickers which were fun to read. The Greek salad with beets is pretty good, around $10. The beets - so so good, just wished it came with more than 3 pieces lol. The Greek salad also comes with a pita bread. Also ordered the Reuben which was also solid.

Such a cute Diner. Loved the stickers all over the walls. You must try the Hippy hashbrowns. Never had anything like them. Yummy

What can I say? If your ever getting the munchies at 4 in the morning ((or any time for that matter)) - The Fleetwood is the place to go!! ((Honestly it's one of the only diners to go to that is 24/7 in the SE Michigan area)). An iconic diner that's been around for as long as I remember, everyone who's from or has been to Ann Arbor has probably heard of it. I ordered the Three Meat Breakfast #2 and was not disappointed!! The dish was tasty and the portions were large. A full plate of food. The older waitress was a little salty in her demeanor; but fun to chat with nonetheless. I didnt take it personally because it was 4AM, and typically I am assuming she has to deal with routy entitled college kids. Overall, not disappointed one bit! I recommend trying it out on a weekday during the late evening or early morning hours if your not a fan of hectic traffic and parking. Downtown Ann Arbor is a hornet's nest during regular business hours.

Very casual old diner. Limited seating. We sat at the bar. Some of the best pancakes I've ever had. We also had the hippie hash which was delicious. Service was good.

The diner is a cool little eclectic space with walls covered in stickers. The servers were all very friendly. I had the hippie hash with corned beef, which was pretty good.

Overall a pretty decent spot in Ann Arbor for a quick bite. The food came out fast and was very fresh. I would definitely recommend the gyro sandwich because the pita bread is so so good. The interior is slammed with stickers and has limited indoor seating supplemented by some outdoor seating. Definitely a little on the pricier side for what you get but not bad at all for the area!
